Return & Refund Policy

All products sold by IMORA are custom-made and personalised to order. As such, they are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c), which excludes goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.

No returns or refunds are accepted on custom map orders once production has begun.

Exception — Defective or Damaged Goods If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will assess the issue and offer an appropriate remedy (repair, replacement, or refund) in accordance with EU consumer protection law.
