Shipping Policy — IMORA

1. Production Time
All maps are custom-made to order. Please allow 5–10 business days for production and delivery. You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Destinations
We ship within Belgium and to the following EU countries: Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden. We do not currently ship to Malta, Cyprus, or outside the EU — contact us if you're located elsewhere and we'll see what's possible.

3. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery after ordering: 5–10 business days. This includes production time. Estimates may vary due to carrier delays.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping is included in the product price — no surprise costs at checkout.

5. Tracking
Where available, a tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at design.imora@gmail.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will resolve the issue promptly.
